I took me a while but I think I have finally found the direction in which I want to steer my blog. I think this new idea of what I want my blog to be will be perfect. It will give readers, viewers and visitors and idea of what is going on, on my blog when they stumble across it. I have decided to steer my blog in a direction of an “EatPrayShopLove” kind of theme. I think the name is really easy to remember and plus it probably will draw the attention of a lot of people when they come across my blog. I wanted this blog to be a melting pot of everything in my life that I love and I think it will be more easier for me to frequently update and keep you guys engaged. My blog will be getting an entire new rebranding. It will be less clutter and more user friendly. I think you guys are going to love it. I am setting up a demo version of what my blog will look like eatprayshoplove.wordpress.com and you guys can check out my little welcome message and also some of the fun categories I will be adding to make it easier to find blog posts that are catered to the topics of my blog “Eat”, “Pray”, “Shop”, “Love”.

So if you love watching movies I’m sure you heard of the movie Mean Girls with Lindsay Lohan. It’s like one of those movies that if you haven’t seen well then you seriously need to reevaluate your life. If you haven’t seen this movie please go rent it on iTunes you won’t be disappointed. Anyway last week I found this crazy video that was sort of a parody to the original Mean Girls movie. I swear I probably watched this video like 50 times since Sunday lol. Freedom♥
When ever I see a photo of the ocean or visit the beach I always get that feeling of freedom. I get the feeling of all my pains being washed away. I just feel a sense of relief when I visit just look out in the ocean. I see so many things so much clearer and get a sense of hope. I get the feeling of knowing everything will be alright, that things happen in our lives for a reason and that some people are only placed in your life for a season and so are certain situations. I see the ocean as a pathway to freedom not a way to run away from your problems. I see it as somewhere where you can discover your inner self. The stillness and quietness of the ocean can give you so much depth into who you are. It’s a place where you can totally leave your pain by the shore and resurface as a new person. I feel like right now this is something I need. I need a fresh start. I need to leave all my burdens and pains at the shore. I need freedom from so many things that have been tying me down recently. I just want to be FREE.
There’s freedom from my past and there’s hope for my future.

I recently discovered this artist on Spotify called Lorde and if you checked out my blog post before this you’ll see I posted a music video for one of music videos “Royals”. Since then I’ve literally been obsessed with her music and been listening to it since then.
So Who is Lorde?
Lorde is a 16yr old girl from New Zealand and even though her genre is Pop she has totally redefined the genre and captured it to make it her own style. Basically she is standing out with her style of music. If you listen to her she has that type of haunting vibe to her music kinda reminds me of Lana del Rey but with a little bit more flavor. I think her lyrics are my favorite if you listen to her songs I mean really listen its honest and vulnerable. She tells a story, its not fake. If I could meet and comment on her music I would say she’s badass and it reflects in her music. Her music is badass, no boundaries and sassy. She is definitely one of those artist to check out and I can definitely see her doing it big in the US once people start sharing her music and getting the word out about her.
