Now that I live in Florida all my ankle boots are nicely packed in their boxes in a storage container. I know I know I’m sad too. The weather in Florida just doesn’t get cold enough to wear my ankle boots. Last winter it got to about 40 degrees but honestly when I stepped outside in my ankle boots to go to my nephew’s girlfriend birthday party, I had to run inside to change because my feet were so hot. I’m one of those girls who can’t wear my ankle boots unless it’s really cold and Florida’s 40 degree weather isn’t Connecticut’s 40 degree weather. I miss wearing ankle boots y’all but I don’t miss the cold weather lol. Every time I visit my favorite online stores to see what’s in style I always have to stop myself and remember that I don’t live in Connecticut anymore and buying these boots are an absolute waste of money. One of my favorite stores to buy boots at is surprisingly Forever21. I have to say that they are not only affordable but they are really good quality. I got these boots (pictured here) two years ago and they are still in perfect condition and I wore them almost everyday and did all my errands in them when I lived in as a nanny in New York. ♥ I’ve wanted to share this list for the longest time but I was on vacation in Florida at my dad’s house and I was just having too much fun and also enjoying some much-needed relaxation time to think about blogging constantly. However, now that I’m back I have a list of fun blog post ideas that I’m hoping I can get through before September.
♥ Today’s blog is dedicated to my favorite handbags at the moment. Right now I’m in love with two types of bags. The Crossbody Bag and the Backpack Purse. When I buy a handbag I’m always looking for something that’s lightweight, easy to carry around and most importantly a handbag that I won’t forget anywhere. I have a confession I’m the person who leaves the carton of eggs in the grocery cart at the supermarket. The bag also has to be really cute and it has to match my outfit and this is the reason why I tend to buy purses that match with everything I wear. I’m always a purse especially in the summertime and this is one of the main reasons why I am constantly buying new purses or I am switching it out for an existing one that I have. I recently bought one of those Bucket Bags during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale for the fall but right now I’m itching to buy a new purse because the one I’m using I’m so over it. The only thing is I don’t know which one to buy because I want them all. So hopefully I make my mind up soon and the next time I’m blogging about my handbag it’ll be a “What’s In My bag” blog post. Have a great week guys <3

I am firm believer in the notion that every woman’s closet should at least have a couple of staple pieces. It can be a little black dress, a pair of black pumps, at least one thing designer, a blazer or cardigan, ballet flats, black dress pants, a white T-shirt, skinny jeans, etc. In this case I think every woman should at least have a jumpsuit or romper in their closet. I know they’ve been in style for a while but I have a confession to make I sadly don’t own one. It’s not that I can’t afford to buy one it’s just that I haven’t found the perfect jumpsuit/pantsuit yet. However, I do own a cute little blue romper that I got on sale last year at Forever 21 for like $12/$15. I can’t really remember the price all I can tell you is that it was cheap. The reason why I don’t own a jumpsuit yet is because I’m still on the hunt for the perfect one. I’ve found a couple that I liked at Forever 21, H&M and Boohoo.com but every time I looked to buy a jumpsuit, they never had my size. I’m still so bummed because a lot of times I would have found the perfect jumpsuit to compliment my figure but then my size would be unavailable. Honestly, it’s just heartbreaking. Today I wanted to share with you guys some of my favorite jumpsuits under $100 that I love and think you guys might also love. I also wanted to know your opinion on one staple piece that you have, would like to have or you think a woman or if you’re a man should have in their closet? Have a great weekend xx ♥
Spring is the perfect time to refresh your closet by buying some cute shoes for Spring and Summer. I love spring shoe shopping even though sometimes it can get really frustrating when you can’t find what you’re looking for. Recently I went into the Designer Shoe Warehouse or DSW for short and I started browsing for possible shoes I would love to buy for the Spring and my Summer in Florida. Even though I didn’t buy anything it was a successful trip because I actually found a couple of pairs of sandals I would love to purchase. I’m actually happy I didn’t buy anything that day because my sister actually got a really amazing coupon in the mail that I definitely plan on splitting with her so I can reap the benefits of a good ole discount. I love shopping for new stuff especially when the seasons are changing. This Spring/Summer I am looking for comfort, but I also want to rock a few heels even though I really suck at walking in heels. A girl has to try though lol. Anyway, I hope you guys like my favorite picks for Spring Shoes and if there is anything you see that you like about you can shop the look below. All shoes are below $60.00 except the Jeffrey Campbell and the F21 N.Y.L.A. Enjoy and be sure to let me know in the comments where you’re shopping this spring for shoes and what’s your favorite styles out now. Love you guys ♥
