Recently, I made a commitment to take better care of my hair. Honestly, I have to confess that I am the worse at taking care of my hair. Taking better care of my hair means getting regular trims, doing protein treatment, keeping it moisturized and lastly giving my hair some TLC with weekly deep conditioning treatments. So, to accomplish this I started doing some research on my go-to site “YouTube” because ladies you know there is a plethora of information on YouTube for hair and other beauty related stuff. When I started research deep conditioning treatments on YouTube I wanted to find something a product with the least amount of chemicals and this is when I stumbled across the DIY Banana-Avocado Hair Mask. I love bananas and I love avocados, so I was like why not give this yummy mask a try. I had all the ingredients in my kitchen already and it was super easy to make. It’s okay to fail. These are four little words I have to remind myself of daily. I’m the first to admit that I am afraid to fail. I’m afraid that all my hard work now isn’t going to result in anything. I’m afraid that I sometimes make decisions that will hinder my plans for the future. The thing is that fear of failing shouldn’t stop us from living. It shouldn’t stop us from doing that one or multiple things we are passionate about. However, fear is paralyzing.
